Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Policy All students must register in advance to secure a seat in class. Enrollment is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received. Class sizes are limited to ensure each student receives individual attention. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a seat and will only be accepted if space is available. Students must provide accurate contact information at the time of registration. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled class to receive credit or a reschedule option. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class may not be eligible for a refund or makeup session. No-shows will be charged the full class fee and may forfeit their seat. Emergency situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis. 3. Rescheduling Policy Students may request to reschedule a class if notice is given within the allowed cancellation window. Rescheduled classes are subject to availability. Only one reschedule per class session is allowed unless otherwise approved. 4. Waitlist Policy If a class is full, students may be placed on a waitlist at no additional cost. Waitlisted students will be contacted in the order they registered if a seat becomes available. Students must confirm their spot within the timeframe provided or the seat will be offered to the next person on the list. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee enrollment. 5. Late Arrival Policy Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may miss key instruction. Instructors may allow entry depending on the class activity, but no make-up instruction is guaranteed for missed time.
